- This is an outrage! A nosey neighbor has nothing better to do. When I was a kid my girlfriend's grandfather took us to school everyday...did he need extra insurance? NO! The Dept.

- Another case of the dept. trying to run our lives. If the neighbor had a life, she wouldn't be sticking her nose where it doesn't belong!

Yes i am a licensed home daycare and i had my nieghbor have an emergency.
She fell off the ladder and was watching her granddaughter and broke her hip. She knew i am always home with my childcare and asked if she could please as a dear friend and neighbor watch her grandchild until she got help and reached her mom. I was inspected that day and was over with her grandchild and was written up for my number of children. Yes funny how things work out but it is so sad how we can't even help out as a good neighbor with out someone watching our every step....
